The lamp/germinator Brot is formed by two elements made from red clay: the tray for the sprouts, and the screen to direct light. This combination of elements creates a dialog between food and furniture. The light reflecting off the red ceramic surface creates a warm atmosphere and because they are manufactured by hand each piece is unique. Brot responds to society´s growing concern in following a healthier diet, making it fast and easy to germinate seeds.
